RJ Thieneman is a local leader in single-family neighborhood development, commercial and multi-family development, and are also a property management company and full-service real estate brokerage. They came to us needing an updated brand and website.
This project has won several awards in recent years including SMC President’s Grand Award for Best Website, Logo Design of the Year and Best Overall Marketing Campaign “Home is Rock Springs.”
In order to help RJ Thieneman stay current against their competitors, we helped them through a rebrand. We created a new website, collateral, and marketing materials. Through this new identity, RJ Thieneman has upped their presence in the community, and their analytics prove it. Traffic to the site has remained consistently high since we updated it, and interaction with contacting the company has increased dramatically. Through Google Analytics we’ve found their latest property, The Reserve at Fox Run, has gained the most attraction on the site.
Additionally, we created social media content to allow them to connect more with the community, and present a consistent brand across platforms. Branded print advertisements in the Courier Journal and digital marketing ads is another strategy we’ve used to establish RJT’s presence.
Along with design and marketing, we’ve also had photo and video shoots with RJ Thieneman to create content for their advertising and collateral. We art directed the sessions and took the photos and videos in house.
Our partnership with RJ Thieneman is ongoing, and we contribute to work for their other properties/affiliates: The Reserve at Fox Run, Rock Springs, and Louisville Realty Group.
