The company performs annually to over 200,000 people and is one of America’s most consistently innovative professional theatre companies. Working with a varied user base challenged us to build a consistent, cohesive strategy that has truly enhanced our relationship with Actors Theatre.
As an organization with so many areas of focus, it was important to get acquainted with each. Three days of stakeholder meetings and some intense conversation produced a three year plan by which we would build out the theatre’s needs, while continuing to learn and evolve as we learn about our audience.
We implemented many useful processes, from extensive wireframes to user experience best practices to monthly strategy meetings in order to stay on a positive track towards continued engagement with visitors.
