Hosting Downtime Survival Guide
We had a minor server outage over the weekend, so it was nice to see this today, from Kissmetrics, a fantastic marketing blog. It’s almost impossible for a hosting service to offer 100% uptime, and as the chart shows, even the big sites experience downtime. Downtime hurts everyone, so even though it may be inevitable, know that unless you’re hosting with the cheapest possible option, we do everything possible to keep your site up. Our average uptime over the past 15 months has been 99.979%. That’s less than 10 minutes per month. Go team!
