About Bryant HVAC

Bryant Heating & Cooling has been serving the Louisville and Southern Indiana market since 1940 and is the area’s largest, most established heating and air conditioning contractor. They feature Carrier products for both residential and commercial customers and service all makes, models and brands of furnace and air conditioning units.

VIA’s Role

Bryant Heating & Cooling recognized the need for a first-class website to gain more business in the off-months as well as to attract increased business during their peak periods.

To raise awareness, Bryant runs a fairly robust television schedule. VIA’s idea was to tie the tv ads to the website. To do this, we created Beary Bryant, a new animated spokesperson who delivers a memorable new positioning line: “We find it un-bear-able if you’re not comfortable!”

Beary Bryant appears on all tv spots and also greets you with an animation on the homepage of the website. To further strengthen the ties between the tv and the internet, the website features testimonials from the television commercials.

The new website is rich in information and fully optimized for search engine traffic, which is really starting to build.
