President aka el Conquistador
Working since 1990 in the professional creative field, Jason is VIA’s President and Creative Director. He’s responsible for maintaining a unique and professional image for VIA and all its clients. As President, he oversees day-to-day operations. When he used to have free time, Jason worked as an event promoter and sound artist.

Kim Clark
Project Manager / Content Strategy
Kim Clark joined VIA Studio in 2008, and quickly became the go-to-gal for Project Management and Content Strategy. Kim helps clients navigate the trials and tribulations of web development projects with the experience of a seasoned professional. From pre-development goal specification to post development content implementation, she has a deep understanding of the tools of the trade -social media, website analytic trend data and search engine marketing strategies. Kimberly loves data and statistics, and she uses that information to guide the development of unique, original and interesting web content that keeps visitors engaged and interacting. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Louisville.
Amber Glisson
Designer
Amber loves design. Her ability to balance form and function brings order to even the most unwieldy projects. With 14 years of photography, interactive, sales, advertising, design and programming experience, she is our resident swiss army knife.

Joel Jacob
Front End/Back End Developer
Joel uses his mastery of XHTML and CSS to ensure our client’s websites are cross-browser compatible, accessible and adhere to all the latest web standards. His exceptional JavaScript skills allow him to create rich and responsive User Interfaces. He’s a little sensitive about the name though; so you may just want to call him Joel Jacob…it’s for your own safety…we assure you.
Shawn Coots
Front End Developer
Although Shawn primarily designs for the web, he has worked in nearly every medium you can imagine over the last twelve years. He’s constantly researching the latest advances in HTML5 and CSS3, keeping our clients ahead of the curve. As a jack-of-all-trades, he’s ready for whatever Via throws at him, just so long as he’s had his morning coffee.
Emilee Dover
Creative Coordinator
Emilee brings a fresh look at the industry and embraces the ever-changing world of advertising and marketing. Her creative background has led to a passion for design and conceptualization. She is always looking to take creative strategy to the next level by finding ways to merge the traditional, the non-traditional, and the yet-to-be-defined.

Chris Flynn
Back-End Developer
Chris Flynn arrived at VIA Studio on a spaceship from another galaxy. A psychonaut with a passion for metal, dubstep, studio engineering and architecting the interwebz. Chris is a young, but seasoned Back End Developer. Ambitious and loyal to the cause, Chris is the go-to man for planning and executing complex web applications. He also plays a mean guitar along with many other instruments and is VIA’s only Slayer fan other than our President.

Joe Flynn
Front-End Developer
Joe stands tall at the intersection of art & code, making him just as comfortable designing the UI of your next web app as he is building it. Whether its HTML5 & CSS3 for layout to creating rich interactive data visualizations in JavaScript, Joe’s ultimate goal is to constantly push creative, technical, logistic and vertical boundaries as far as he can.

Christal Glover
Office Manager
Christal Glover is a lover of tedious tasks and impervious to all forms of whining. This 1992 Spelling Bee champion cottons to structure and ingenious solutions. Her closet contains bossypants of all styles and colors, so that she is ‘fit’ to resolve any situation.
