Job Description

We are looking for an IT Director/Technical Project Manager with a broad range of skills. This position reports directly to the President of the company, and will be responsbile for all management tasks related to technical directives.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Management/Lead on heavily technical projects
• Manage technical staff of Programmers & IT professionals
• Work with PHP developers to build Specifications for web & mobile applications based on client needs
• Management of Support & Maintenance requests
• Physical Technical Infrastructure: Computers, Network, etc.
• Technical Processes & compliance: Email, DNS, Hosting, etc.
• Technical SEO/Analytics: Best Practices, Process & Implementation
• HR for Programming/IT hiring and evaluations

Skills & Requirements

Must have:

• First and foremost: Curiosity and a love of this industry
• Proven success in IT direction & project management
• Exemplary interpersonal client management and phone skills
• Ability to accurately specify budgets and timelines
• Knowledge of coding standards & best practices
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, SVN

Should have:

• Familiarity with Basecamp for project management
• Familiarity with mobile development best practices
• Familiarity with LAMP Server administration
